  • How to Order?

    PowerVolt Group supports e-commerce through this website. Customers can conveniently browse product categories, review detailed product pages, and place orders online. The new platform provides a seamless shopping experience for selecting and purchasing power transformers and supplies. Otherwise, contact your local PowerVolt Group distributor or representative for immediate order placement or price and delivery information. Please refer to PowerVolt Group’s distributor and representative listing for the office nearest you. For factory direct orders or technical assistance, please contact our sales office.

  • Prices:

    F.O.B. factory, Illinois.  All prices listed are for domestic shipments only with a lead time of stock to 16 weeks depending on availability. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.  Domestic and offshore manufactured pricing may vary. Federal, state, and local taxes are not included and will be added where applicable.  Additional charges may apply for rush orders and special handling.  Non-stock and custom products will incur non refundable engineering charges.  Export orders will incur an additional $50.00 handling charge.  Some part numbers may require minimum order quantity (MOQ).

  • Discounts:

    PowerVolt Group offers liberal discounts to quantity buyers. OEM contracts are available. Consult PowerVolt Group or your local representative/ distributor for prompt quotations.

  • Terms:

    Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Payments in U.S. dollars only. All sales are subject to PowerVolt Group terms and conditions exclusively.

  • Credit Card Processing Fee:

    Please note that a processing fee will be applied to payments made via credit card. By completing the transaction, you agree to pay this fee in addition to the total purchase amount.

  • Shipping:

    All orders are shipped surface freight collect unless otherwise instructed. Location permitting, small shipments are made by United Parcel Service (UPS); larger shipments, by insured motor. Shipments can be made by air upon request. Every effort is made to adequately pack products. However, if the products are received in damaged condition, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim for damages.

  • Lead Times:

    Please consult factory for current lead times.

  • Delivery:

    Scheduled orders are acceptable with a firm delivery schedule.

  • Quotations:

    All written quotations from PowerVolt Group shall be valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Inquiries for customs or modifications of the existing products are welcome.

  • Samples:

    No charge samples can be granted if standard product total cost does not exceed $10.00 and samples will be used as prototypes with future business opportunity.  Additional samples of standard products have a $150.00 minimum order requirement.  Custom transformer samples will incur a minimum of $150.00 lot charge for two samples.  Lot charge may vary depending on sample complexity, power rating, engineering time and materials required.  Sample prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

  • Minimum Order Quantity:

    MOQ for both Standard and Custom Transformers, a minimum order value of $150 USD is required. This policy ensures efficient order processing and supports our commitment to quality manufacturing. Orders below this amount may not be processed or may incur additional handling fees.

  • Repair/Return Service:

    All products to be returned for repair require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. Contact the factory for details and authorization number. Products ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Non-standard, custom or modified products cannot be returned for credit.

  • Return Policy:

    PowerVolt Group is committed to your satisfaction. Products purchased directly from us may be returned under the following conditions:

    • Return Window: Items must be returned within 45 calendar days of the original purchase date.
    • Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, documentation, and accessories intact.
    • Authorization Required: All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our customer service to obtain an RMA before shipping.
    • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on product condition and type.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built, special-order, or modified products are non-returnable.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a PowerVolt Group error.
    • Inspection & Refund: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

    PowerVolt Group is a volume manufacturer of custom and standard power transformers. It is not our practice to manufacture these products for single piece replacements. We recommend to contact the original equipment manufacturer for replacement parts.
